What is Project Street Fighter? It's a variation of Nintendo TCG where instead of your starting commanders being the normal ones, you use one of the 39 diverse Street Fighter Commanders. You can only run 1 Street Fighter Commander a deck and they must be your starting commander.
Project Street Fighter and the Street Fighter characters are considered their own game. So the street fighter commanders are only played if both players agree to play Project Street Fighter. Think of it as a special version of Nintendo TCG.
